Examples

Questions you could ask

These are examples to get you started. Any question is welcome, including ones that are not on this list.

  • What is AI, in plain words?
  • Is it okay to type customer information into a chatbot (a program you chat with by typing)?
  • Can AI help me write emails or posts that still sound like me?
  • What is the difference between the free and paid versions of these tools?
  • Could AI help answer the same customer questions I get every day?
  • Can it read a spreadsheet or a stack of invoices and tell me what is in them?
  • Does AI work in Spanish as well as English?
  • Where do I even start?

How a session works

  • Ask anything

Any question about AI is fair game, from “what is it?” on up.

  • Get a plain answer

I answer in everyday words and show an example when it helps.

  • No jargon, no sales pitch

You will not be sold anything. If a word sounds technical, I will explain it.

A few seat belts

AI is useful. Like any tool, it goes better with a few simple habits.

  • Check facts, names, and numbers before you send anything AI wrote.
  • Keep private customer details out of tools you have not checked.
  • You make the final call. AI drafts, and you decide.
